How do I place an order?

Choose the product you want, enter the personalization, and add it to your cart. Complete your order through the checkout page.

Can I combine multiple products in one order?

Yes. You can place different cards, posters, and bags together in one order.

How do I know my order went through?

After completing your order, you’ll see a confirmation on the screen. You will also immediately receive an email with all the details.

Will I receive a confirmation by email?

Yes. You will always receive an order confirmation by email.

Can I change or cancel my order later?

Yes, as long as we haven’t started printing yet. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Can I order from abroad?

Yes. We ship throughout Europe and also internationally.

How much time should I allow for designing and approving my cards?

We only create a proof on request. Processing your request usually takes 1–2 business days.

Can you also produce larger quantities for events?

Yes. We also print larger runs, suitable for weddings and other events.

Can I, as a business, order on invoice?

Yes. Businesses can order on invoice. Please contact us via hello@studiomiron.com.

Can I reorder later if I have more guests

Yes. We can easily print extra cards in the same style and quality.

Do you offer bundles or sets that are cheaper than individual products?

Yes. Sets are always more cost-effective than individual products. This way, you pay less per card and have everything in one style.

How can I pay (iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card, PayPal)?

You can securely pay via iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card, and PayPal.

Can I pay afterwards?

No, post-payment is not possible. The order will only be processed after payment.

Are the prices inclusive of VAT?

Yes. All prices on our website include VAT.

Will I receive an invoice for my order or administration?

Yes. You will automatically receive an invoice by email after completing your order.

Can I use or buy a gift card?

Yes. You can redeem a gift card at checkout or order a new one through our webshop.

When will my order be shipped and how long does delivery take?

Orders placed before 3:00 PM CET (Monday to Friday) are usually shipped the same day. During holidays or busy periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a tracking confirmation once your order is on its way.

Will I receive a track & trace code?

Yes. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information.

Can I have my order sent as a gift?

Yes. At checkout, you can choose gift wrapping or add a personal message.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes. Orders placed before 3:00 p.m. are usually shipped the same day. For extra fast delivery or a specific delivery date, please contact us at hello@studiomiron.com.

Can I choose the delivery date myself?

No, choosing a fixed delivery date is not possible. With track & trace, however, you can follow exactly when the package will be delivered.

Which carriers do you use?

We work with bpost, DHL, PostNL, DPD, and UPS.

How will my order be packaged?

All orders are carefully packed in strong and protective materials. Gift wrapping is optionally available.

Can I pick up my order from you?

No, pickup is not possible. We ship all orders via parcel service.

Personalization & Design

Always personal, made especially for your moment.

How can I provide the name of the mom-to-be?

Enter the name in the text box on the product page. We will print it exactly as written on each card. If you want to add something extra, write it in the notes field at checkout.

Can I have multiple names or dates printed?

Yes. Enter the desired names or dates on the product page. Extra details can be added in the notes field. We will make sure everything is printed neatly.

Can I order the cards without a name?

Yes. Write “no name” in the text box or send us a message at hello@studiomiron.com. We will then print the cards blank.

What if there is a spelling mistake in the name?

Always double-check the entered name before ordering. If you discover a mistake afterwards, email us immediately at hello@studiomiron.com. If the cards are not yet in production, we will correct it free of charge.

Can I fully customize the wedding card?

Yes, we can adjust the design to your wishes — text, color, or layout. Send your request to hello@studiomiron.comand we will let you know what is possible.

Can you print multiple languages on the card?

Yes. We offer cards in seven languages: Dutch, English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, and Danish. If you want another language, let us know via hello@studiomiron.com.

Can I order a proof print?

Yes, that’s possible. Send us a message at hello@studiomiron.com with your request. We will first create a digital proof for you to approve before we start printing.

Can I have my own design or logo printed?

Yes. Send your file to hello@studiomiron.com. Preferred formats are PDF, AI, or SVG. PNG is also possible, minimum 300 dpi in CMYK. We will check the quality before production.

Is it possible to add a quote or personal text?

Yes. Enter your text in the notes field at checkout or send it via hello@studiomiron.com. We will ensure it is properly added to the design.

Can I change the card style to another color or font?

Yes, we can adjust colors and fonts. Mention your preferences in the order or email them to hello@studiomiron.com. We will review the options and confirm with you.

Can I order multiple designs in one set?

Yes, this is possible and at no extra cost. In our bundles and sets you can choose different designs. Indicate your preference in your order or send us a message at hello@studiomiron.com.

Product Information Baby Shower Cards

How big are the cards and what paper do you use?

Our baby shower cards are A6 size (10.5 × 14.8 cm). They are printed on carefully selected paper types of 290–300 g/m², such as Biotop 3®, BalancePure®, HVO natural cardboard, Tintoretto, or Kraft. The paper used depends on the design and is indicated with the product. All cards are FSC-certified and have a soft-touch back, while the front is fully writable.

Are the cards sold in sets or individually?

The cards are sold individually. You choose exactly the number you need. The price per card always remains the same, regardless of the quantity.

What baby shower card styles are available?

We have several collections with multiple variants within each style. Among them are Pink Hearts, Blue Hearts, Boho, various Gingham designs, Brown Bear, Navy Blue, Flower Power, Woodland Animals, and Fantasy cards. Each style includes multiple designs within the same theme.

How many cards do I need for my baby shower?

Count on at least one card per guest. Many customers order a few extras so you’re always covered if someone joins last minute.

Can I combine the cards with posters and favor bags?

Yes. Our cards are part of complete collections that also include posters and favor bags. We also offer bundles where you can order everything in one style. A bundle is more cost-effective than buying products separately.

Are the baby shower games also available individually?

Yes. All games are also available separately. You choose the number you’d like to order.

What extras are included with the set (e.g., posters)?

With baby shower sets, you currently receive a free A4 poster in a matching design.

Are the cards available in other languages?

Yes. Our cards are available in seven standard languages: Dutch, English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, and Danish.

What does a complete baby shower package include?

A package includes cards, games, posters, and favor bags in one style. This way, you have everything arranged for the entire baby shower.

Why are these cards a valuable keepsake?

Each completed card becomes a tangible memory. Parents keep the predictions, advice, and wishes as a personal memento to share with their child later.

How do I organize a baby shower on a budget?

Choose a set of cards instead of separate games and combine them with posters or favor bags. This way, you create a complete baby shower experience without high costs.

What is the difference between the different paper types?

All our baby shower cards are printed on sturdy, FSC-certified paper of 290–300 g/m². Biotop 3® has a soft ivory tone and feels subtle and stylish. BalancePure® is bright white and fully recycled. HVO natural cardboard looks natural and matte. Tintoretto has a light texture with a handmade feel, and Kraft gives a warm, boho-like appearance. All paper types are easy to write on and remain beautiful for a long time.

Which paper types are available for wedding cards?

Our wedding cards are printed on 290–300 g/m² quality paper. You can choose from Biotop 3®, BalancePure®, HVO natural cardboard, Tintoretto, or Kraft. Each paper type has its own look and feel and is FSC-certified. The specific paper is listed with each product. Which formats can I choose for wedding cards?

Our wedding cards are available as standard in A6 and A5. For menu cards, you can choose A5 or DIN Large (98 × 210 mm).

Are envelopes included by default?

Envelopes are not included by default, but they are available at an additional cost in matching colors and sizes.

Which wedding card styles do you have in the collection?

We offer a range of styles that match our collections – from boho and rustic to classic and modern designs. All styles are carefully created to coordinate with the matching items.

Can I order matching items such as save the dates, menu cards, or place cards?

Yes. You can order matching save the dates, menu cards, and place cards in the same style. Place cards are supplied in the practical size of 85 × 55 mm.

What is the difference between the different paper types?

Biotop 3® has a warm ivory tone and gives wedding cards a subtle and elegant look.

BalancePure® is bright white and modern, ideal for clean designs and sustainable choices.

HVO natural cardboard looks matte and natural, perfect for a calm and authentic style.

Tintoretto has a subtle texture with a handcrafted character, often chosen for luxurious and romantic wedding cards.

Kraft provides a robust, earthy look, well-suited for boho or rustic weddings.

All paper types are FSC-certified, sturdy, and carefully selected for their quality and appearance.

How far in advance should I order to be on time for the wedding?

We can produce and ship wedding cards quickly, often within a few business days. Still, we recommend ordering 6 to 8 weeks before the wedding. This allows time for design, an optional proof on request, and careful finishing. That way, you can be sure everything is perfect and arrives well in time.

Can you also provide luxury finishes such as foil stamping or embossing?

Yes, on request we can provide foil stamping and embossing. Send us your requirements and we will review the options.

Returns & Service

We’re here to help you, even if something goes wrong.

Can I return my order?

Personalized products cannot be returned because they are made to order. For non-personalized products, a 14-day return period applies. Please contact us first via hello@studiomiron.com.

Do personalized products have a right of withdrawal?

No. Personalized products such as cards with names, text, or custom designs are legally excluded from the right of withdrawal.

What if my order arrives damaged or with a printing error?

Please contact us immediately at hello@studiomiron.com and include photos. We will provide an appropriate solution, such as a reprint or refund.

What should I do if I am not satisfied with my order?

Let us know by email or phone. We handle each case personally and will work with you to find a solution.

Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?

Do you use sustainable or eco-friendly materials?

Yes. We work exclusively with FSC-certified paper types such as Biotop 3®, BalancePure®, HVO natural cardboard, Tintoretto, and Kraft. BalancePure® is also made entirely from recycled fibers and carries additional eco-labels such as the EU Ecolabel and Cradle to Cradle Silver.

How long does the paper stay in good condition?

Our cards and prints are produced on sturdy 290–300 g/m² paper. They remain beautiful for a long time, especially when stored in a dry place or framed. The soft-touch finish on the back provides extra protection against scratches and stains.

Where are the products printed?

Our products are designed, printed, and hand-finished in Belgium in our own studio. Every item goes through our quality control before being shipped.

What is the difference between the different paper types?

Are the cards packaged in an eco-friendly way?

Who is behind Studio Miron?

Studio Miron is a family business from Belgium. We design and create personalized cards and keepsake products for baby showers, weddings, and other special moments.

How does personalization work in your studio?

When placing your order, you fill in the desired name, date, or text. We integrate this into the design and print everything with care in our own studio. Each product is then manually checked and finished.

What makes your products different from standard cards?

Our products are not mass-produced. We work in small batches, using FSC-certified paper and paying close attention to detail. Each card or poster is personalized and made to be cherished.

Can I visit to see examples in person?

No, we do not have a physical store. However, we share plenty of examples through our website and social media.

Do you also collaborate with wedding or baby shower planners?

Yes. We love collaborating with planners and stylists and are always open to it. Together we look at how our products can best complement your concept or event. Feel free to contact us to discuss the possibilities.
