Orders placed before 3:00 PM CET (Monday to Friday) are usually shipped the same day. During holidays or busy periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a tracking confirmation once your order is on its way.

All our products are made to order and personalized just for you. This means they cannot be returned or exchanged.

How do I provide the name for the poster?
Simply enter the mom-to-be’s name in the text box on the product page. The name will be printed exactly as entered on the poster.
Help, I made a spelling mistake in the name. What now?
No worries. Just send us a message at hello@studiomiron.com as soon as possible. If production hasn't started yet, we’ll adjust it free of charge.
When will my order be shipped?
If we receive all personalization details before 3:00 PM (CET), we usually ship your order the same business day.
Do you offer your cards in other languages?
Yes, we offer our cards in seven languages: Dutch, English, German, French, Italian, Spanish and Danish.
If you’d like the text in a different language, simply mention it when placing your order or email us at hello@studiomiron.com.
What if something is wrong with my order? Can I return it?
Since our products are personalized especially for you, they cannot be returned. But we do offer a satisfaction guarantee.
If something went wrong or you are not happy with your order, just email us at hello@studiomiron.com and we will make it right, free of charge.
What is the size and material of the poster?
The poster is available in A4 or A3 format and printed on sturdy 300 gsm uncoated natural paper. Single-sided with your chosen design and personalized name. Perfect to display or hang as a lasting keepsake.
